Power Information Technology Company is looking for professionals who are proactive, result-oriented, HR professionals in the field. The candidate required to have strong demonstrated technical skills, leadership, team building, change-management, inter-personal & communication skills, besides the high drive for performance targets on challenging assignments under time pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Human Resources from any accredited foreign or local University recognized by HEC.
- The candidates should have at least 25 years post qualification HR & Admin experience in Public Sector Technology / Power Companies, Out of which 5 years must be in senior management position reporting directly to Chief Executive and BoD.
- Preference will be given to the candidates having a profound understanding of the HR dynamics of the Public Sector.
Applications are required for the jobs of Director HR and Admin on a contractual basis. Candidate should be in good health up to 50 years in age. A negotiable market based competitive salary package will be offered. The contract shall be for a period of three years, extendable on need and performance.
