The Institute of Regional Studies Islamabad recently published jobs for the positions of President in the Dunya newspaper on 20 August 2020. The Govt of Pakistan is looking for the highly competitive, energetic, professional, dynamic and innovative professionals for their appointment in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan. The Institute of Regional Studies is also working under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Applications are invited from educated candidates for the jobs in Islamabad 2020. Job is contract-based and the contract will be signed for a period of three years against the position of President, Institute of Regional Studies, Islamabad. The contract shall be extendable on the satisfactory or excellent performance of the candidate. However, it depends also on the decision of the Board of Governors. 

Individuals should have a minimum education of a Ph.D. in International Relations, Political Science, Strategic Studies, Public Policy, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized public sector university in Pakistan. The candidates who are educated from foreign universities are also eligible to apply for the president's jobs in Islamabad, 2020.  

Applicants who have done a Ph.D. should have 14 years of professional experience in the relevant field. Individuals who have MA or MSc qualification in the above-mentioned field will have are also eligible to apply. But they are also required to possess a minimum experience of 18 years. 

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria may also apply for the jobs in the Islamabad 2020. The degree of the candidate must be verified by the HEC. Individuals should also have documentary evidence of service, the experience of public or private sector organizations in research and development, Mass Communication, and the international relations field.
