The United Kingdom Aid Program is working in Pakistan and is looking for suitable applicants for their appointment in the Islamabad Office of the UK Aid. The UKAID is seeking candidates who can efficiently work for the job position of Head of Legal and Company Secretary. Individuals will be responsible for supporting the board and ensuring compliance with the companies act to apply for jobs in Islamabad 2020. These responsibilities will be after their onboarding. The appointment of individuals will be in the KARANDAAZ project of the UKAID.

Minimum 10 years of experience is required for candidates in the relevant field to apply for the legal staff and secretary jobs in Islamabad 2020. Three years of experience of candidates must be as a company secretary to apply for jobs in Islamabad 2020. Individuals must also have skills and excellent analytics of providing legal advice and handle organization-wide legal matters. Applications are invited from both male and female applicants for the head of Legal and Company Secretary Jobs in Islamabad 2020.

The applicant should also have the qualification of LLB or LLM certification to apply for jobs in Islamabad 2020. Persons having certificates related to company secretary and corporate governance will be given plus four jobs in Islamabad. The head of Legal and Company Secretary will work under the Chief Executive Officer of the Krandaaz. Individuals who have already worked as a company separately in a Section 42 company will be given added advantage for the head of Legal and Company Secretary Jobs in Islamabad 2020.
