A Master's degree In Public/ Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Accountancy, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Minimum experience 7 years In public and/or private sector in Provincial/ National/ International organization(s) demonstrating evidence of financial management
Should have excellent command on MS Office and working knowledge of financial management software
Familiarity with the provincial context including different tiers of government and donor agencies operating in the area of Social Protection
Proven ability to work in a collaborative multi-tier team environment
Good communication, people management, and writing skills.
