About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum, is looking for an Adjutant. The Adjutant is responsible for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and the management of the institution.
The main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets
- Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities
- Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college
- Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets
- Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Eligibility
- Retired Major or Captain, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service.
- Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college, covering training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management, is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintaining discipline among cadets, supervising cadet routine and parade, and managing dormitory affairs and cadet welfare.
- Age limit: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
