About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum, invites applications for the post of Adjutant. The Adjutant is responsible for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the institution.
The role involves:
- Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets
- Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities
- Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college
- Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets
- Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities
- Performing any other duties assigned

Eligibility
- Retired Major or Captain, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service.
- Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets, supervising cadet routine, parade and physical training, assisting in administration and security, supervising dormitory affairs and cadet welfare, and coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities.
- Age limit: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
