About the role

Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, on GT Road in Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum, is hiring an Adjutant. The Adjutant is responsible for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the institution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets

• Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities

• Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college

• Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets

• Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities

• Performing any other duties assigned by the CEO

Eligibility

• Retired Major or Captain, or an officer of equivalent rank, from the Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service.

• Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college is preferred. This includes training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the institution.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintaining discipline among cadets. Experience in supervising cadet routine, parade and physical training is also preferred, as is experience with dormitory welfare and with coordinating sports and ceremonial activities.

• Age limit: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
