The Assistant Director Civil Engineer will manage civil works procurement, budgeting, cost estimation, contract administration, site valuations, compliance and financial reconciliation from tendering through project completion.
The Assistant Director Alumni Affairs and Fundraising will lead alumni engagement, database management, events, digital campaigns, fundraising, corporate and corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships, donor relations and advancement reporting. The role supports the university's alumni network and institutional funding.

Eligibility
Assistant Director Civil Engineer: Candidates must hold at least a BS in Civil Engineering. An MS in Structural Engineering is preferred. At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in civil works involving commercial, institutional and infrastructure construction projects is required.
Assistant Director Alumni Affairs and Fundraising: Candidates must have at least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in university advancement, alumni relations, fundraising or corporate communications. Expertise in donor stewardship, CSR, stakeholder management and securing grants or sponsorships is required, along with strong skills in digital campaigns, social media and CRM/database management.
