Bahria University, an initiative of Pakistan Navy and an equal opportunity employer, invites applications for Clinical Lab Technologist and Departmental Coordinator positions.
The Clinical Lab Technologist will perform laboratory testing, prepare and analyze specimens, maintain quality control, and record and report accurate results. Responsibilities also include following laboratory and safety procedures, supporting research and experiments, and ensuring efficient and reliable laboratory operations.
The Departmental Coordinator will support academic and administrative operations, coordinate course schedules and registration, manage student administrative matters, monitor classes and attendance, and assist the Head of Department in ensuring the smooth delivery of academic activities.

Eligibility
Clinical Lab Technologist
Candidates must have a BS degree in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) or a related domain. Three years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have proven working experience as a Clinical Lab Technologist, familiarity with automated laboratory equipment, computer literacy, and experience with Laboratory Information Systems. Accuracy, close attention to detail, strong analytical judgement, and a current license or relevant certification are also required.
Departmental Coordinator
Candidates must have a minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant domain, along with demonstrated IT skills. Three years of relevant experience in a reputable organization is preferred.
