About the role
Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates with Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis. Appointments are offered for a three-year contract (renewable) under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 of the Government of the Punjab. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.

Monthly salaries as advertised:
- Director (Finance & Procurement): MP-11
- Chief Security Officer: Rs.150,000/- per month plus 10% annual increase
Eligibility
- Punjab domicile is required for all posts. Candidates must have completed the degree required for the specific post; candidates to whom the final transcript has not been issued shall not be considered.
- Director (Finance & Procurement): ACCA or CA or ICMA or ACMA or Master's degree (second division) in Finance or Accounting or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and twelve years' experience in accounts, finance, public procurement and public financial management.
- Chief Security Officer: An officer retired from the armed forces not below the rank of Major.
- Experience against the applied post shall be considered as post-qualification experience; applicants must mention relevant experience required for the post.
- General age relaxation shall be applicable in the maximum/upper age limit as per prevailing policies of the Government of the Punjab. Published age range for Chief Security Officer: 45-55 years.
- All government employees should apply through proper channel. Applicants with foreign degrees must submit an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, Islamabad.
- Submission/uploading of all required academic transcripts and degrees is compulsory. Applications submitted without complete transcripts shall be considered incomplete and rejected.
