Eligibility
Candidates must hold an MS in Education, Educational Leadership & Management, Education Planning & Management, Development Studies, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is required, particularly in monitoring and evaluation, academic quality assurance, institutional performance management, and oversight of schools and colleges. Experience in leading teams, conducting performance reviews and carrying out data-driven assessments in reputed organisations will be preferred.
