Air University invites applications for the position of Director Campus & Academic Affairs at its Multan Campus.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a PhD, MBA, MS or MSc in any discipline from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.

Candidates must have a total of 15 years of working experience in a reputable national or international organization. This must include at least two years of academic or administrative experience at BPS-19 or above, or an equivalent level, in an HEC-recognized university.

Candidates should have thorough knowledge of academic processes and HEC policies. Required skills include:

• Good strategic planning and management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Training needs analysis, career development framework and problem-solving skills.

The age limit is 55 years and below.
