About the role
Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad is hiring senior engineering professionals on contract for a two-year initial period to manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Appointments are on a contract basis and may be extended as required. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, skill test, physical test or interview. No TA/DA will be paid.

CDA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to cancel the advertisement.
Eligibility
- Director (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. A master's degree in Construction/Project Management is an advantage. Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council is required. Proven experience in managing major infrastructure works, leadership and communication skills; experience in multidisciplinary construction environments preferred.
- Director (E&M): Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. A master's degree in Construction/Project Management is an advantage. Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council is required. Proven experience in managing major building and infrastructure works, leadership and communication skills; experience in multidisciplinary construction environments preferred.
- Age: 40–50 years. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per government policy.
- All applicable quotas will be observed as per government policy.
- Candidates serving in government sector organizations must submit a NOC from their department.
