Eligibility
- Project Engineer: BE or BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution, with PEC registration. An MSc is preferred; an equivalent qualification is also accepted. Applicants need 8–10 years of relevant experience in telecom, ICT or electronic security projects, including at least 3–5 years in project execution or supervision. Working knowledge is required of Safe City components, integration and capabilities, including CCTV and video analytics, IP networking, fibre optics, telemetry, data centres, VMS, IDSS and control room functionalities under the ISO 37100 series. Experience working with consultants and contractors under FIDIC or similar contractual conditions is required, along with strong reporting, communication and negotiation skills and willingness to work at remote project locations. Age: 40–50 years.
- Technician: DAE in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication from a recognized Board of Technical Education. At least five years of field experience in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, optical fibre cable, LTE equipment, or solar and power systems. Applicants must be able to work at height and in remote or mountainous terrain. Age: 25–40 years.
- Clerk / Store Keeper: Intermediate, FA or FSc from a recognized board, typing speed of 30 words per minute and proficiency in MS Office. At least three years of experience in office administration, correspondence, record keeping and store or inventory management. Age: 20–35 years.
- Driver: Middle pass with a valid LTV or HTV driving licence and at least five years of driving experience. Experience driving in mountainous and northern terrain is preferred. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is required. Age: 25–45 years.
- Cook: Middle pass with relevant field experience as an Army or civilian candidate. Maximum age: 40 years.
- Naib Qasid: Middle pass with relevant field experience as an Army or civilian candidate. Maximum age: 40 years.
- Sanitary Worker: Primary pass and physically fit. Relevant experience is preferred. Age: 20–45 years.
