Eligibility

Candidates must possess the required qualifications and applicable equivalence certificates recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.

• Senior Engineer: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration.

• Assistant Manager — Finance disciplines: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university; CA, ACMA or ACCA qualification or finalist status; or membership of a professional body of accountants. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.

• Assistant Manager — Sales Tax: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with GST/Sales Tax specialization; CA, ACMA or ACCA qualification or finalist status; or membership of a professional body of accountants.

• IT Support and System Administrator: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant certifications are preferred.

• Network Administrator: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant certifications are preferred. The age limit is 35 years, with at least five years of relevant post-qualification experience.

• QA Engineer: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant certifications are preferred.

• Senior Analyst — IT Governance and Compliance: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or Information Security from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant certifications are preferred.

• Senior Analyst — Corporate Communication: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, International Relations, Computer Arts, Public Relations, Business Administration, Management or Marketing from an HEC-recognized university.

• Senior Analyst — Tariff Analysis and Financial Modelling: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university; CA or Cost and Management Accountant qualification or finalist status; CA Inter; ICMA Inter; ACCA qualification or finalist status; or membership of a professional body of accountants.

• Engineer-II and Engineer-I: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with PEC registration.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — Finance disciplines: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university; partly qualified ACCA with at least F6 Taxation or F3 Financial Accounting passed; partly qualified ACMA; CA articleship; or membership of a professional body of accountants.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — HR: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration with specialization in HR, or HRM, from an HEC-recognized university.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — Legal: A bachelor's degree in Law from an HEC-recognized university.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — IT: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — Corporate Communication: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Media Studies, Media Communication Studies, Media Science, Computer Arts or Mass Communication from an HEC-recognized university.

• Analyst-II and Analyst-I — Corporate Affairs: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Economics, Commerce or Law from an HEC-recognized university; partly qualified ACCA or ACMA; Certificate of Accounting and Finance (CAF); CMA Inter; or membership of a professional body of accountants.

• Executive Assistant: A minimum four-year bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. The age limit is 28 years, and relevant experience is preferred.

• Medical Officer: An MBBS degree with valid Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) registration. The age limit is 28 years, and relevant experience is preferred.

Engineer-II and Analyst-II positions have an age limit of 30 years and require at least two years of relevant post-qualification experience. Engineer-I and Analyst-I positions have an age limit of 28 years; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

Incomplete, inaccurate or improperly completed applications will not be entertained. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted. Applicants do not need to submit hard copies of the application form to NTS.
