About the role

CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) invites applications for faculty and executive staff positions in Multan Cantt. The executive staff positions are offered on a contract basis.

The Chief Operating Officer will handle strategic, financial and development planning, as well as the management and administration of the Medical, Dental and Nursing Colleges. The remit includes Human Resource, Finance, Procurement and hostel operations.

The Chief Security Officer will oversee security matters across all campuses of the institute. The Deputy Director Procurement / Inventory will manage procurement, ensure cost-effective delivery of goods and services, maintain supplier relationships and oversee inventory management.

• Chief Operating Officer: BPS-20 equivalent.

• Chief Security Officer (CSO): BPS-19/18 equivalent.

• Deputy Director Procurement / Inventory: BPS-19/18 equivalent.

Eligibility

Faculty applicants must meet Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) regulations, with FCPS / M.Phil qualifications.

Chief Operating Officer: Applicants must hold a PhD or master's degree in Management Sciences or an equivalent qualification. They must have at least 20 years of senior management experience, including at least five years in an executive or operational leadership capacity at a medical or educational institution.

Chief Security Officer: Applicants must hold a master's degree and be retired Armed Forces officers of Lieutenant Colonel or Major rank. The maximum age is 55 years. Applicants must have 10 years of experience in a senior security management role.

Deputy Director Procurement / Inventory: Applicants must hold a master's degree in a relevant field and have strong knowledge of procurement rules and regulations. The maximum age is 55 years. At least 10 years of experience in procurement, supplies and inventory management is required.

The Chief Operating Officer's salary and benefits are negotiable. Salary packages commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
