About the role
Heavy Mechanical Complex invites applications from experienced professionals for the post of Head (Sales & Marketing). The appointment will be made on a contract basis.
The position leads the organisation's sales and marketing function for steel and engineering products. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in business development and in marketing these products to key industrial sectors: defence, sugar, cement, oil and gas, fertilizers, and chemicals. Experience in dealing with both public sector and private sector clients is an advantage for this role.

Eligibility
- A master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in business development or in the marketing of steel and engineering products.
- This experience should preferably be in the defence, sugar, cement, oil and gas, fertilizer, or chemical industries.
- Candidates who have experience of dealing with public and private sector clients will be preferred.
