About the role
Heavy Mechanical Complex invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Head (Sales and Marketing). The appointment will be made on a contract basis.
The Head (Sales and Marketing) will lead business development for the organisation's steel and engineering products. The role centres on the sectors where these products are in demand, including defence, sugar, cement, oil and gas, fertilizers and the chemical industry. The successful candidate will work with clients across both the public and private sectors.

Eligibility
- Education: A master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in business development and in the marketing of steel or engineering products.
- Sector experience: This experience should be in the defence, sugar, cement, oil and gas, fertilizer and chemical industries.
- Preference: Candidates with experience of dealing with both public and private sector clients will be preferred.
