About the role
People's Primary Healthcare Initiative, Balochistan (PPHI-B) invites applications for 34 vacancies across its head office, regional offices, basic health units and Telehealth Nerve Center. PPHI-B is registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, now the Companies Act, 2017.
These positions are purely temporary, under the control and management of PPHI-B, for an initial period of one year. Extensions will be based on annual performance reports. In addition to salary, Risk Allowance and Pay for Performance (P4P) will be admissible where applicable under PPHI-B rules and policy.

Eligibility
All applicants must be under 55 years of age. Applicants holding local domicile will receive preference. Female candidates are encouraged to apply; the Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker positions are exclusively for female candidates.
Finance Officer
Applicants must hold an MBA in Finance, M.Com, BBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university, with two years of relevant finance experience.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Social Sciences, an MBA, MBBS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university, with two years of relevant field experience.
Pharmacist
Applicants must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent qualification, have two years of relevant professional experience and be registered with the Pharmacy Council. Skills in pharmaceutical services, patient counseling and safe medication management are required.
System Administrator
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline, with at least two years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and system administration. Hands-on experience is required in enterprise server administration, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, network and firewall security, LAN/WAN, VPN configuration, directory services, cloud-based email and collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, data center operations, storage management, system monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance. Candidates holding CCNA, VCP or equivalent networking, virtualization and cybersecurity certifications will receive preference.
Software Developer
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or an equivalent discipline, with at least two years of relevant experience in software development, web application development and database management. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript and MS SQL Server is required. Experience in RESTful API development, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging, application maintenance and legacy system modernization is preferred. Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, software architecture and secure coding practices, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be an advantage.
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or an equivalent discipline, with at least one year of relevant experience in software quality assurance, manual and automated testing, test case design and execution, bug tracking, regression testing and API testing. Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, SQL databases and testing tools such as Selenium, Postman and JIRA is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills are required.
Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker
Female applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience in psychosocial support or case management. Proficiency in the local language and good communication and documentation skills are required. Knowledge of Psychological First Aid (PFA), referral pathways and basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
IT Assistant, Level 2 Support
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. Required skills include IT technical support, Level 2 troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and maintenance, Windows operating systems, LAN/WAN networking, user account management, printers and IT asset management. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, remote desktop support and basic cybersecurity practices will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication and end-user support skills are required. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Office Assistant
Applicants must hold a B.A. in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health or Computer Science, a BS in IT, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Electrician
Applicants must have Matriculation with a relevant technical diploma or electrician certification, plus at least two years of experience in electrical installation, generator and solar operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of electrical safety standards is required.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the written test and interview, with the date and time communicated to them. PPHI-B will contact shortlisted candidates to appear in the PPHI-B Promatrix Examination. No travel or daily allowance is admissible for attending this examination.
Candidates found ineligible during detailed scrutiny of their documents will have their candidature rejected. Offer letters will be issued to candidates who successfully clear all stages of the selection process. Candidates on the waiting list may be offered positions if selected candidates do not join.
