The Irrigation Department invites applications for Junior Clerk vacancies at the Regional Office, Sukkur Barrage Left Bank Region, Sukkur. Recruitment is being conducted by the Office of the Chief Engineer, Sukkur Barrage Left Bank Region.

Applicants must hold a graduate degree with at least a second division from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission. They must also have computer skills and a six-month certificate in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or Trade Testing Board.
Candidates must have successfully passed the Graduation Category general screening test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS), with at least 40% marks, and possess the certificate issued by STS.
Applicants must have domicile of one of the following districts: Sukkur, Khairpur, Nausheroferoz, Shaheed Benazirabad, Matiari, Sanghar, Hyderabad, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan or Badin.
Age will be calculated on the closing date under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. Five years of upper-age relaxation applies under the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department notification No. SOII (SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II), dated 6 March 2025.
Reserved quotas for initial appointments will be observed according to Sindh Government laws, rules and policy.

Applicants already in service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department before submitting their application. They must bring the original NOC to the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
Only eligible, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents. The interview schedule will be uploaded to the job portal. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible for attending the interview.
