About the role
The Office of the Commissioner, Mirpurkhas Division, Government of Sindh, is inviting applications for Junior Clerk posts in BPS-11. Recruitment is for candidates domiciled in Mirpurkhas Division, comprising Mirpurkhas, Umerkot and Tharparkar districts.

The vacancy allocation includes five open-merit seats, two seats for women, one minority-quota seat and one additional reserved seat.
Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate, Form D, for Mirpurkhas Division.
- A graduation degree of at least second division, comprising a two-year degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is required.
- Applicants must possess a six-month MS Office course certificate.
- Candidates must have passed the general screening test in the graduation category conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS). The STS pass certificate must be uploaded with the application.
- The age limit is 21 to 28 years, assessed on the closing date.
- A general upper-age relaxation of 15 years applies to candidates who applied for the screening test before the announcement of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, on 16 October 2024, subject to the applicable government provisions.
- A five-year upper-age relaxation applies from 12 May 2025 under the relevant government rules and notification.
How to apply
Submit an online application through the Government of Sindh job portal at https://sjp.gos.pk Upload the required STS screening-test pass certificate through the portal.
Candidates already serving in government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before applying. They must present the original NOC to the departmental selection committee at the interview.
Recruitment will follow the applicable government rules and the Government of Sindh recruitment policy announced on 26 June 2023. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and must present their original documents to the departmental selection committee. No travel or daily allowance will be paid for attending the interview.
The competent authority may cancel the recruitment process at any stage. Incomplete applications and applications containing incorrect information will be rejected through the portal.
