How to apply
Apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website at J92LINK0X. Send the completed application form and supporting documents directly to NTS by courier at the address given on the application form.
Include the deposit slip for the prescribed NTS fee, a copy of the CNIC, educational and experience certificates, and other relevant documents. The application instructions require two sets of attested photocopies of academic certificates, degrees, diplomas, a valid registration certificate, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificates where applicable, and other relevant documents, together with four passport-size photographs. The terms and conditions also specify two recent passport-size photographs with the application package.
A separate application form is required for each post if applying for more than one post. Applicants should visit the NTS website for updates during the 15-day application period.
Eligible or shortlisted candidates will receive written-test information through NTS, and roll-number slips will be uploaded to the relevant NTS portal. Candidates must normally obtain at least 50% marks in the NTS test. If this does not produce the required pool of candidates, the institution may reduce the interview shortlisting threshold or apply another shortlisting policy under the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
Shortlisted candidates who pass the NTS test will be informed about interviews. They must bring complete original documents, including all degrees and diplomas, and a set of attested photocopies for scrutiny and interview. Candidates without their original degrees or diplomas will not be allowed to attend the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the test or interview.
The selected-candidate list will be displayed at the institution or hospital. Selected candidates will also be notified by post, telephone or another communication method. The department may cancel recruitment or increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage. The competent authority may modify shortlisting conditions in the public interest where circumstances require it. Appointments will be made strictly under the applicable rules and policies.
