About the role

Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF) invites applications from dynamic, career-oriented professionals for medical and allied health positions in District Thatta, Sindh. The positions serve Civil Hospital Makli, SZMC THQ Mirpur Sakaro and rural health centres across the district.

Eligibility

• Consultant Gynaecologist: FCPS/MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC, valid PM&DC registration/licence and at least two years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.

• Consultant Urologist: FCPS/MS in Urology, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC, valid PM&DC registration/licence and at least two years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.

• Consultant Anaesthetist: FCPS/MD/MCPS/Diploma in Anaesthesiology, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC, valid PM&DC registration/licence and at least two years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.

• Consultant Pulmonologist: FCPS/MD in Pulmonology, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC, valid PM&DC registration/licence and at least two years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.

• Consultant Radiologist: FCPS/MD in Radiology, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PM&DC, valid PM&DC registration/licence and at least two years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.

• Medical Officer (Male/Female): MBBS from a recognized institution, valid PM&DC registration/licence and relevant clinical experience.

• OT Coordinator: BS Operation Theatre Technology, BS Anaesthesia Technology or BS Nursing from a recognized institution, valid professional registration where applicable and relevant operation theatre experience.

• Microbiologist: BS/MSc in Microbiology or Medical Microbiology from a recognized institution, preferably MPhil, with at least one to two years of relevant laboratory experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.

• CSSD Supervisor: BS Nursing or a diploma/certificate in CSSD, Sterilization, Operation Theatre Technology or a related healthcare field from a recognized institution, with relevant CSSD/sterilization experience.

• Staff Nurse: General Nursing Diploma or BSN/Post-RN BSN from a recognized institution, valid PNC registration and relevant clinical experience.

• Anaesthesia Technician: Diploma/BSc in Anaesthesia Technology from a recognized institution, with at least one to two years of relevant experience in operation theatre or anaesthesia services.

• Radiology Technologist: BSc/BS in Radiology Technology or Medical Imaging Technology, preferred, from a recognized institution, with relevant experience.

• ICU Technician: BSc/Diploma in ICU Technology, Critical Care Technology or a relevant allied health technology discipline from a recognized institution, with relevant clinical experience in an intensive care unit.

• Lady Health Visitor / Midwife: Diploma in Lady Health Visitor or Midwifery from a recognized institution, valid PNC registration and relevant experience.

• Laboratory Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent from a recognized institution, with relevant laboratory experience.
