About the role
Survey of Pakistan, under the Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, is recruiting Naib Qasids and Sanitary Workers under the Balochistan quota. There are 14 vacancies in total.
Recruitment will take place at district level with assistance from newly established employment cells in Balochistan, as a special arrangement to recruit residents. Recruitment for BPS-01 to BPS-16 posts will be through walk-in interviews, without an entry or written test.

Eligibility
Candidates must be literate. The age limit is 18–35 years. This comprises the base age range of 18–25 years, five years of general age relaxation and five additional years of relaxation for Balochistan candidates under the Establishment Division notification dated 22 October 2026. The additional relaxation is five years instead of the previous three years.
Appointments are subject to verification of domicile certificates and academic qualifications by the relevant departments, along with police verification. Candidates holding dual domicile or domicile from another province will be disqualified immediately.
Employees dismissed from any organisation and candidates with a record of indiscipline are ineligible. Survey of Pakistan will rely on the information supplied by candidates. Fake or bogus documents will result in cancellation of candidature. If false information or documents are discovered after joining, the appointment will be terminated and legal action initiated.
How to apply
Eligible registered candidates must attend the interview at the Geo-Informatics Centre, Survey of Pakistan, Brewery Road, Quetta.
Bring one recent passport-size photograph, original CNIC, domicile and educational certificates, together with attested photocopies. Government servants must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate from their department at the interview.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. No travel or daily allowance is admissible for attending the interview.
