About the role
The Office of the Executive Engineer (Buildings Division), Tando Mohammad Khan, invites applications for initial recruitment as Naib Qasid. Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and with transparency under Government of Sindh policy.
The appointments are initially on a purely temporary basis and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.
Recruitment follows the Provincial Cabinet decision of 1 December 2025, Agenda Item 25(a), and the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department communications dated 3 December 2025, bearing references SOVI(SGA&CD)/7(12)/2025 and SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019(Pt.IV) (Volume).

There are two vacancies in total. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to challenge such changes.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold domicile of District Tando Mohammad Khan. Preference is for literate candidates.
The age limit is 18–28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is allowed under Government of Sindh policy and Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(part file), dated 16 October 2024.
The reserved quotas are 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 5% for persons with disabilities. The rural quota of 60% and urban quota of 40% will be maintained under government policy. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

- Father's or husband's name.
- Educational qualification and experience.
- Postal address and cell or contact number.
- Applicant's signature and date.
Attach two recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of the CNIC, domicile certificate, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC), and educational and experience certificates where required.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible.
