Non-Technical Staff Vacancies at the Office of the District Sports Officer

About the role

The Office of the District Sports Officer, Tando Muhammad Khan, invites applications from candidates domiciled in District Tando Muhammad Khan for initial recruitment to non-technical posts. There are three vacancies across two roles.

The appointments are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1973. Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and with transparency, in accordance with Government of Sindh policy, the Provincial Cabinet decision of 1 December 2025 under Agenda Item 25(a), and the related government decisions dated 3 December 2025.

Posts and vacancies

The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased. Applicants will have no right to challenge such changes.

Eligibility

Candidates must have domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan. The age limit for both posts is 18 to 28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is allowed under the applicable government policy and the notification dated 16 October 2024.

The quota provisions include 15% for women, 5% for minorities, and a reserved quota for persons with disabilities under government rules and policy. The rural quota of 60% and urban quota of 40% will be maintained. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible.
