About the role
Mufti Mehmood Memorial Medical Teaching Institution (MMM-MTI), Dera Ismail Khan, invites applications from highly qualified, experienced and dynamic male and female candidates for appointment as Nursing Director. The appointment will be made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, as amended from time to time, and the applicable MTI Regulations.
The selected candidate will carry out duties under the MTI Act 2015, as amended from time to time, and under the Regulations framed under that Act.

Eligibility
- Qualification: The applicant must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with an advanced degree in nursing (BSc Nursing). An MSc in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience: At least seven years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Registration: Current Nursing Council registration.

Pay the fee by bank receipt or draft deposited in the Bank of Khyber, MTI Branch, DHQ Teaching Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan (MTI DIKhan account), in the name of the Hospital Director, DHQ Teaching Hospital, MTI Dera Ismail Khan. Cheques and pay orders will not be accepted.

Selection process
- A Selection and Recruitment Committee constituted by the Board of Governors will make the selection.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant.
- The selection committee's decision will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. No correspondence about the process will be entertained after the final decision.
- MMM-MTI Dera Ismail Khan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
