- Minimum qualification: M.A. or M.Sc.
- Candidates with an MS, M.Phil. or PhD will be preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience is required, including at least five years of school management experience.
- Good managerial skills are required.
- Candidates must be under 55 years of age.
