Fazaia Degree College at PAF Base Faisal, Karachi, invites applications from energetic, competent and well-qualified candidates for the position of Principal. The college offers an inspiring work environment and an attractive salary package.
The appointment is contract-based, initially for two years, and is renewable annually thereafter based on performance.
Male and female candidates may apply. Applicants must be medically fit, no more than 60 years old, and well-acquainted with communication, administrative and management skills.
Retired Education Officers from the Armed Forces: MA or MSc in any subject, with a minimum of 15 years of commissioned service.
Civilian candidates: MA/MSc, MEd in any subject or equivalent, with 5–10 years of teaching experience and 5–10 years of supervisory or administrative experience. Candidates must have at least 15 years of aggregate experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.

The reputation of the finally selected candidate will be verified with their previous workplace. Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
