About the role
Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences (SSAHS) in Lahore is hiring a Principal. SSAHS is a constituent unit of Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS). SIHS also includes Shalamar Hospital (SH), Shalamar Medical and Dental College (SMDC) and Shalamar Nursing College (SNC).
The Principal will lead the school and should bring excellent leadership and team management skills. The role also calls for strong strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and fringe benefits will be offered according to qualification and experience.

Eligibility
- PhD, MS or M.Phil. in an Allied Health discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of teaching or clinical experience after the qualification.
- Excellent leadership, team management, strategic planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Preferred: familiarity with UHS, HEC and Allied Health Professional Council regulations, and at least 5 years of administrative experience.
