About the role
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Administration), Karak, District Judiciary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from male and female permanent residents of District Karak for Process Server vacancies. Recruitment will involve an ETEA screening test, followed by further assessment of shortlisted candidates under the applicable rules.

The competent authority may increase or decrease the number of vacancies for valid reasons. Pay and allowances will be governed by the applicable rules.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a Matric qualification and be permanent residents of District Karak. The age limit is 18 to 35 years. Age will be calculated as of 1 January 2026, and upper-age relaxation will be considered under the applicable rules.
Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements by the application closing date. Permission to take the screening test is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility and supporting documents.
Employees of government or semi-government organisations must apply through their departments and provide a departmental No Objection Certificate before appointment.
How to apply
1. Visit https://www.etea.edu.pk/ and complete the online application.
2. Create an ETEA profile and complete CNIC verification through a NADRA E-Sahulat centre using the E-Sahulat token generated through ETEA. Verification is required before applying.
3. After submitting the online application, obtain the deposit slip containing the token number and payment details. Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through OneLink.
4. Keep the original payment receipt safely and do not share it with anyone.
5. Do not send documents to ETEA at the initial application stage. Supporting documents will be requested from successful candidates when required.
Candidates attending the interview must bring original documents, recent photographs, their CNIC, educational certificates, domicile certificate and attested copies of the relevant documents. Character certificates from two respectable persons familiar with the candidate's conduct are also required.
Late or incomplete applications, and applications containing incorrect information, will not be accepted. Candidates who pass the screening test will be shortlisted for a written test or interview under the applicable rules.
ETEA will notify candidates by SMS to download their roll number slips from its website. Candidates should provide an active mobile number and keep it operational throughout recruitment. Test dates, times and venues will appear on the roll number slips; slips will not be sent by post or courier. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
