The Procurement Officer must have strong market knowledge, vendor sourcing and negotiation skills, a good understanding of PPRA rules and procurement procedures, and excellent analytical, contract management, communication and vendor management skills.
The HVAC Supervisor will supervise HVAC technicians and oversee the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split air-conditioning systems. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and reliable HVAC operations, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing system performance and energy efficiency, and minimizing equipment downtime.
The CCTV Technician must have hands-on expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of CCTV systems, along with proficiency in networking setup and DVR/NVR configuration.
The Painter must be familiar with basic painting tools and techniques. Ground maintenance work includes grassing, watering, sanding and general ground maintenance.
Eligibility
The stated upper age limits include the existing five-year general age relaxation under government rules and policy. Candidates are also allowed an additional five-year upper-age relaxation beyond that existing allowance, for this recruitment exercise only.
Where none of the candidates has the required certification at the time of selection, a one-time relaxation of the prescribed skill requirement may be allowed at initial appointment. Candidates with certification will receive preference. The selected candidate will acquire the required skill at their own cost within one year.
