Eligibility
Deputy Project Director
Candidates must have at least 16 years of education in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or an equivalent related field. PMP/Prince2, ITIL, or specialized ICT/security certifications will be an added advantage.
Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in large-scale ICT, Safe City, or command and control center projects, including 3–5 years in leadership roles managing multi-stakeholder government projects involving planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The maximum age is 45 years.
Deputy Executive Officer (Civil)
Candidates must have 16 years of education in Civil, Architectural, or Building Engineering. Additional certifications in construction management will be preferred.
Applicants must have at least five years of experience in building design, construction supervision, bills of quantities, and site inspections, along with experience supporting ICT infrastructure sites such as poles, shelters, and power rooms. The maximum age is 40 years.
Deputy Executive Officer (Software)
Candidates must have 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or an equivalent field. Certifications in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or secure coding will be preferred.
Applicants must have at least five years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development, documentation, quality assurance, and system integration. Experience deploying or managing solutions for surveillance, command centers, or public-sector platforms is required, along with familiarity with APIs, analytics, VMS/VAS systems, and database environments. The maximum age is 40 years.
Assistant Executive Officer (Traffic/ITS)
Candidates must have 16 years of education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant engineering fields. Training in ITS, traffic control systems, or signal optimization will be preferred.
Applicants must have at least three years of experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions. Understanding of Intelligent Traffic Systems deployment is preferred. Experience with sensors, controllers, adaptive traffic management, and C3 integration is also required. The maximum age is 35 years.
