Eligibility

Applicants must be Pakistani nationals. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the relevant field.

Director (Quality Assurance): MS in Health Management, MSc in Medical Administration or MBA; CPHO and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications; and at least 18 years of progressive experience in healthcare quality and patient safety. Candidates must have extensive experience leading complex quality programmes, formulating policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), training and education, auditing, JCI and ISO accreditation preparation, compliance management and stakeholder engagement.

Assistant Director (Quality Assurance): MBA or a relevant discipline; CPHQ/CHOP and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications; and 12–15 years of progressive experience in policy and SOP formulation and JCI and ISO accreditation preparation. Proven involvement in performance improvement initiatives and compliance monitoring is required.

Assistant Director (Quality Control): MBA or a relevant discipline; CPHQ/CHOP and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications; and 12–15 years of progressive experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical governance, policy and SOP formulation, and JCI and ISO accreditation preparation. Strong expertise is required in internal auditing, KPI monitoring and validation, statistical process control, data analytics, and dashboard and report development.

Data Analyst: BS in Health Information, Data Science or Biostatistics. Candidates must be proficient in Power BI or Tableau, Python or R, advanced MS Excel and data visualization, with at least 3–4 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, quality reporting, clinical data management or performance measurement.

Document Control Executive: BBA or a bachelor's degree, familiarity with ISO/JCI documentation requirements, and 3–4 years of experience controlling quality management system documents. Relevant experience includes policies, SOPs, forms, logs and registers, audit reports, version-controlled records and correspondence management.

Data Entry Operator / Key Punch Operator: FA/FSc; a bachelor's degree will be preferred. Candidates must have skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and SPSS, with 1–2 years of experience in data entry, basic data analysis, report drafting, presentations and administrative support.
