About the role
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, requires an experienced Short Term Expert (STE) in Human Resource Management (HRM) for its headquarters in Islamabad. The post is under the project PMYSDP 2023-27.
The expert will assist NAVTTC's management with human resource matters, including:
- identifying staffing requirements
- updating job descriptions
- assisting the shortlisting committee
- developing test and interview questions

Eligibility
- Qualification: A 16-year degree from a university recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Experience: More than 10 years of progressive, senior-level experience in Human Resource Management.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with additional certification or recognition in HRM, and to candidates with national or international public or private sector experience.
