About the role
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, is hiring one experienced Short Term Expert (STE) in Human Resource Management (HRM) under the PMYSDP 2023-27 project. The expert will assist NAVTTC management in HRM matters, including:
- identifying staffing requirements
- updating job descriptions
- assisting the shortlisting committee
- developing test and interview questions

Eligibility
- Qualification: A 16-year degree from an HEC-recognised university.
- Experience: Over 10 years of progressive senior-level experience in Human Resource Management.
- Preference: Candidates with additional certification or recognition in HRM, and candidates with national or international public or private sector experience.
