Short Term Expert (Human Resource Management) at NAVTTC

About the role

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, requires an experienced Short Term Expert (STE) in Human Resource Management (HRM). The expert will assist NAVTTC's management in HR matters. The duties include identifying staffing requirements, updating job descriptions, assisting the shortlisting committee and developing test and interview questions.

The position is offered under the Prime Minister's Youth Skills Development Programme (PMYSDP) 2023-27. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a test and interview. Eligibility

• A 16-year degree from an HEC-recognised university.

• More than 10 years of progressive senior-level experience in Human Resource Management.

• Preference will be given to candidates with additional certification or recognition in HRM.

• Preference will also be given to candidates with national or international public or private sector experience.

• Maximum age: 50 years.
