About the role
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, requires an experienced Short-Term Expert (STE) in Human Resource Management (HRM). The expert will assist NAVTTC management in HRM matters, including identifying staffing requirements, updating job descriptions, assisting the shortlisting committee and developing test and interview questions. The position is offered under the project PMYSDP 2023-27, and the place of posting is NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad. Eligibility
- A 16-year degree from an HEC-recognised university.
- More than 10 years of progressive, senior-level experience in Human Resource Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with additional certification or recognition in HRM, and to those with national or international public or private sector experience.
