About the role

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) application form collects candidates' personal information, academic qualifications and professional experience. The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reasons.

How to apply

Complete the application form for the post you are applying for. The application address is:

Enter your name, date of birth, age on the cut-off date, father's name, email, postal and permanent addresses, religion, CNIC number, gender, marital status, nationality, any foreign nationality, domicile district, province and mobile phone number.

Complete the sections concerning government service, NOC status and two years of continuous government service. List your academic record from matriculation onward in chronological order, including examination names, passing years, boards or universities, marks, grades or CGPA, and major subjects.

Provide your professional experience, current employment status, post titles, organisation names and status, employment dates, and experience on the cut-off date. Complete the driving licence section with the licence number, category and date of issuance. Declare any relative serving in ECP, including their name, designation and place of posting.

Sign and date the declaration confirming that the information is true, complete and correct. Misrepresentation or material omission may result in disqualification from the test. Partially completed or unsigned forms will be rejected. Leave the official-use sections untouched.

Candidates may indicate Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar or Quetta as their preferred test or interview station. Stations will be decided according to candidate numbers, and the candidate's preference is not binding on the office.
