About the role
The Government of Sindh, Office of the District Sports Officer (South), Karachi, invites applications for initial recruitment to support staff posts. The recruitment notice covers BS-01 to BS-04, with the advertised vacancies listed below at BPS-02.
Appointments will be purely temporary and subject to the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973, including the prescribed probation period.

The competent authority may increase or decrease the number of vacancies. Candidates shall have no right to challenge that decision.
Eligibility
Candidates must have domicile of District South and meet the eligibility criteria for the post applied for. The age limit is 18 to 28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is admissible under Government policy, through Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II), dated 6 March 2025, issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
Quotas for women, minorities, differently-abled persons and transgender persons will be reserved according to applicable Government rules and policy. Where relevant experience or a specific certificate is required, candidates must provide documentary proof.

Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel. Canvassing in any form will result in immediate disqualification.
Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.
