Employment is on a contract basis, renewable annually according to performance. Selected teaching candidates will receive a revised high pay package. Affordable accommodation within the base premises is available to selected teaching faculty on a merit basis.
Candidates who have been prematurely removed or dismissed from a government or non-government institution are ineligible. Those removed from a Fazaia institution over an allegation or disciplinary issue are also ineligible. Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offences are ineligible.
Applicants must produce a no-objection certificate from their previous institution in this regard. Concealing any information may lead to strict disciplinary action, including after selection.
