About the role
Fazaia Inter College, PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi, invites applications from competent and well-qualified candidates for teaching and non-teaching positions. The college offers an inspiring work environment and a competitive pay package.
Employment is on a contract basis, renewable annually according to performance. Employment may continue for an unlimited period subject to good performance. After successfully completing probation, selected employees will have the opportunity to choose either the provident fund or gratuity scheme.

Eligibility
- Accountant: BSc, B.Com or BBA with five years of experience in accounts. Preference is given to a JCO of Accounts Trade.
- Psychologist: MSc or BS in Psychology from an HEC-recognized institute, with five years of experience in a reputed institution. Candidates must have studied counselling as a subject.
- Teacher (Computer Science): MSc or BS in Computer Science, with M.Ed or B.Ed and five years of teaching experience in a reputed English-medium institution.
- Teacher (History): MA in History or Geography, with M.Ed or B.Ed and five years of teaching experience in a reputed English-medium institution.
- Teacher (General Science): MSc or MA, with M.Ed or B.Ed and five years of teaching experience in a reputed English-medium institution.
- Teacher (Pakistan Studies): MA in Pakistan Studies with five years of teaching experience in a Cambridge institute. Candidates must be Cambridge certified.
- Computer Lab Assistant: FSc in Pre-Engineering or ICS, plus a certificate in Computer Science and three years of experience as a computer lab assistant.
B.Ed is mandatory. Candidates who have been removed or prematurely dismissed from a post at any Fazaia, government or non-government institution will not be considered. Concealment of any fact or information may result in strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
