About the role
Fazaia Inter College, Shaheen Camp, Peshawar, is recruiting teachers for its junior and senior sections and lecturers for its college section. Employment is on a contract basis, renewable annually according to performance. The contract may continue for an unlimited period based on good performance.
After successfully completing probation, selected employees will have the opportunity to join either the Provident Fund or gratuity scheme, according to their preference.

Eligibility
- Teacher for Junior Section: Female candidates only. Applicants must have a BS/BSc and BEd degree in the relevant subject. Additional qualifications and experience will be preferred. Montessori-trained teachers will also be preferred.
- Teacher for Senior Section: Male and female candidates may apply. Applicants must have an MA/MSc/MS/BS/BSc and BEd degree in the relevant subject, with at least three years of experience teaching board classes at a reputable institution.
- Lecturer for College Section: Male and female candidates may apply. Applicants must have an MA/MSc/MS/BS/BSc and BEd degree in the relevant subject, with at least three years of experience teaching board classes at a reputable institution.
Candidates who were removed or prematurely dismissed from a government or non-government institution are ineligible. Those removed from a Fazaia institution because of an allegation or disciplinary issue are also ineligible. A history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offences makes a candidate ineligible. Applicants must produce a No Objection Certificate from their previous institution.
