About the role

Lahore Museum, Lahore, invites sealed tenders from experienced contractors for an annual contract. This is a tender notice for contractors, not a recruitment for individual posts. The annual contract value is Rs. 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupees).

The Director, Lahore Museum, may accept or reject any or all tenders, wholly or in part. The Director's decision is final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.

How to apply

• Tender form: Collect the tender form from the office of Lahore Museum during office hours. The fee is Rs. 1,000.

• Earnest money: Attach earnest money of Rs. 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupees) to the tender. Pay it by call deposit receipt or bank draft in favour of the Director, Lahore Museum. Tenders without earnest money will not be accepted.

• Submission: Submit the sealed tender at the office of the Director, Lahore Museum, Lahore.

• Opening: Tenders will be opened the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who attend.

• Late tenders: Tenders received after the deadline will not be accepted.
