About the role
Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), a Government of the Punjab organisation, invites fresh graduates to join its Young Leadership Program. RUDA's mission is to develop a world-class city along the River Ravi.
The six-month program aims to develop future leaders through professional exposure and development. It offers a diverse culture with equal employment opportunity and a monthly stipend of PKR 60,000. All positions are based in Lahore. Accommodation and travelling or daily allowances will not be provided.

Applications are invited for the following program areas:
- Engineering: Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, GIS, Geomatics, Space Science or Remote Sciences.
- HR & Administration: Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration.
- Procurement: Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Law: LLB, LLM, BS or MS in Contracts Management.
- PR & Communications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Media Studies, Journalism or Mass Communication.
- Sales & Marketing: Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Architectural & Urban Planning: Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City & Regional Planning or Transportation Engineering.
- Information Technology: BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, BBIT, MBIT, or MS in Information Technology.
- Accounting & Finance: ACCA, CMA, BS, MS, BBA or MBA in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
Eligibility
Applicants must be fresh graduates with at least 16 years of education and a minimum CGPA of 3.00. The maximum age is 25 years, calculated on the closing date for applications. Candidates must hold a completed degree when submitting their application.
Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will result in disqualification.
How to apply
Apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk. Submit the completed online application form along with the deposit slip for the prescribed fee of PKR 650 in favour of NTS.
Pay the test fee through 1Link participating banks, ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash or a TCS Express counter. Use the 20-digit invoice number generated on the fee slip. Only a 1Bill invoice payment will be accepted.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
NTS will notify eligible or shortlisted candidates of the written test date by email and SMS. Roll number slips will be uploaded to the NTS website, and NTS will communicate the test schedule at least one week before the test.
At the interview, candidates must present their original documents together with a set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
