- Bachelor of Engineering (04 years degree recognized by HEC/PEC) in Petroleum & Gas, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, System, Environmental
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics and Supply Chain Management), Environmental Sciences, Law, Media Studies, Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, Chemistry (16 years of education)
Eligibility
- Age Limit: 26 years
- CGPA: Minimum 2.50 in the requisite degree (1st Division or above where CGPA is not applicable)
- Candidates with second class standing shall be rejected
- Candidates must be female graduates
General Instructions
- Only candidates with final results announced on or before June 30, 2026, are eligible
- Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide equivalence certificates for 16 or 18 years education
- The trainee(s) will undergo comprehensive training during the one-year period
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview
- Full-time contract employment upon successful completion of training based on performance
- Written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their specified centers
- Eligible candidates must apply online at https://admissions.iba.edu.pk/ogdcl-mt2026.php and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited
How to Apply
Interested candidates must submit their applications online on the prescribed proforma available at the IBA admissions portal. The deadline for online submission is April 06, 2026. Incomplete or improperly filled applications will not be entertained.
