Administrative Staff Vacancies at NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology

About the role

NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC-IET), Multan, a federally chartered degree-awarding institute, invites applications from qualified male and female candidates for three administrative positions. Appointments will be on a purely contract basis for an initial term of three years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.

Posts and vacancies

Eligibility

The maximum age for each position is 55 years. Proficiency in digital skills is mandatory. Qualifications must be from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Registrar

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification and experience combinations:

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification, with eight years of post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• MS, M.Phil. or equivalent qualification, with ten years of post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• Master's degree in the second division, or equivalent qualification, with twelve years of post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

Controller of Examinations

Candidates must meet one of the following combinations, with experience in the conduct of examinations:

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification, with eight years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• MS, M.Phil. or equivalent qualification, with ten years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• Master's degree in the second division, or equivalent qualification, with twelve years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or equivalent.

Treasurer / Chief Financial Officer

Candidates must meet one of the following combinations, with experience in audit and accounts:

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics, with eight years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• MS or M.Phil. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics, or equivalent qualification, with ten years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

• MBA (Finance), M.Com., CA, ACCA, ACMA or M.Sc. Economics in the second division, or equivalent qualification, with twelve years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.

Candidates terminated or dismissed from government, semi-government or autonomous bodies under disciplinary action or law are ineligible. If such termination or dismissal is discovered at any stage, employment will be terminated immediately without notice.

Candidates already in service must apply through the proper channel by the due date. Applications through email or without a Bank Draft/Pay Order will not be entertained. Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and applicants who do not meet the application requirements will be considered ineligible. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained, even if posted before it.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test or interview. No travel or daily allowance will be paid. The institute reserves the right to fill or withdraw any advertised post, or withhold an appointment against any post, without assigning a reason.
