About the role

PPCBL, an agri-focused bank with a wide network of 151 branches, is inviting applications for a range of positions across its business, products, HR, digital banking, IT and administration functions. Roles are based primarily in Lahore with a regional opening in Sargodha. Qualification and experience requirements vary by role; a minimum of 14 years' education from a HEC-recognized or foreign institution is required for applicants. • Head Collection & Recovery (Retail Banking) — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years relevant or banking experience.

• Regional Business Head — Positions: 1 — Location: Sargodha — Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, including 4 years relevant or banking experience.

• Product Manager - Strategy, Liabilities, EB & Products & Islamic Conversion Transformation — Positions: 2 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 35 years; Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant or banking experience.

• Product Manager - Assets & Cards — Positions: 2 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 35 years; Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant or banking experience.

• Unit Manager HR (Recruitment, L&D) — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 55 years; Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant or banking experience.

• Officer Recruitment, L&D — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 35 years; Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant or banking experience.

• Unit Manager Debit Card & SMS — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 55 years; Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant or banking experience.

• Digital Banking Officer Debit Card & SMS — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 45 years; Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant or banking experience.

• Unit Manager System Administrator (IT) — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 55 years; Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant or banking experience.

• General Administration Officer (Properties) — Positions: 1 — Location: Lahore — Maximum age: 35 years; Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant or banking experience.

Eligibility

Minimum 14 years' education from a HEC-recognized or foreign institution is required. Candidates must meet the specific experience and age requirements listed for each post. Applicants should possess excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, adaptability and the ability to work in a team. Internal employees are encouraged to apply. Regular employment status will be offered for management positions up to the age of 60 years; beyond the age of 60, contractual employment will be offered.
