About the role

A progressive corporate sector organization with an office in Islamabad is seeking a competent, talented and result‑oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis for a period to be decided by the Board of Directors. The CEO will lead business transformations and turnarounds, manage diverse stakeholders in public and private sectors, grow top‑line revenue through innovative interventions, and protect the bottom line through effective value‑chain measures. The role requires experience in project management, joint ventures, contract negotiation and financial management, and a strong record of providing quality client services.

Posts and vacancies

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — Contract appointment as decided by the Board of Directors.

• Salary: Market based as recommended by the Selection Board.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace). Preferably supplemented by a degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience: Professional experience of at least 20 years with a minimum of 5 years proven experience at C‑level, preferably as CEO or head of organizations with substantial business volumes.

• Preferred disciplines/experience: Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS or related disciplines, engineering operations, manufacturing and technology development projects.

• Technical skills: Ability to transform digital data into actionable insights, proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data analytics.

• Personal attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Urdu and English, high energy, sociable personality, good negotiation skills, proactive and inclusive managerial style, team player.

• Age limit: 45–62 years on the closing date of this advertisement.
