Cane Management and Loan Officer Vacancies at an Industrial and Agricultural Group

About the role

A large industrial and agricultural group based in South Punjab is hiring experienced professionals for its sugarcane operations and grower financing. The roles cover sugarcane procurement, cane development, grower management and relations, and grower loans and agricultural financing. Experience in the sugar industry is preferred for all three posts.

Posts and vacancies

1. Deputy Cane Manager: Leads sugarcane procurement, cane development and grower management.
2. Cane Procurement & Development Officer: Handles sugarcane procurement, cane development and grower relations.
3. Loan Officer: Handles grower loans, agricultural financing, recovery and accounts.

Eligibility

• Deputy Cane Manager: B.Sc. or M.Sc. Agriculture, preferably in Agronomy. Candidates need 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in sugarcane procurement, development and grower management, preferably in the sugar industry.

• Cane Procurement & Development Officer: B.Sc. Agriculture, preferably in Agronomy. Candidates need 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sugarcane procurement, cane development and grower relations, preferably in the sugar industry.

• Loan Officer: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification. Candidates need 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in grower loans, agricultural financing, recovery or accounts, preferably in the sugar industry.
